Can you provide customized designs and logos?
Yes, we can accommodate your specific designs and apply your logo to the products.
What are the available trade terms?
We support EXW, CFR, CIF, DAP, DDU, and DDP trade terms.
How is the warranty handled for your charging stations?
We provide a two-year warranty for the entire machine. We cover transportation costs for hardware replacements in case of failure. Our software includes a lifetime warranty with remote technical support.
Do your products meet international clearance standards?
Our products are sold worldwide and have passed relevant certifications recognized by local governments, ensuring compliance with local customs clearance requirements.
