It adopts 80A constant current, a large 106×78mm 8-Layer MEA with a self-developed PtCo alloy catalyst system, delivering reliable 4800ml/min ≥99.99% ultra-high purity hydrogen output. Equipped with 2400ml/min high-efficiency water cooling, 1MPa pressure resistance, and compact size, it ensures 24/7 long-term stable operation.

We integrate independently developed high-performance precious metal catalysts (IrO2 anode & PtCo alloy cathode) and advanced 8-Layer MEA technology to deliver a stable 4800ml/min of ≥99.99% pure hydrogen. With low power consumption and a lifespan of over 10,000 hours, this core is engineered for demanding industrial applications.

IrO2 Nanorod Catalyst: Features a unique nanostructure design with low loading (0.4–0.8 mgIr/cm²) and high activity at 2 A/cm² with low voltage.

PtCo IMC Technology: Delivers up to 3.7x higher mass activity than commercial Pt/C, supporting high-efficiency hydrogen production.
